We Welcome Galerie Hugues Charbonneau

Another gallery is joining the Belgo buzz. Art Dealer Hugues Charbonneau, who until recently was the director of Galerie Division, has opened his own space in the Belgo building. This brings the total of gallery spaces in the building to 27! The inaugural exhibition on Saturday, September 22, 2012 features works by artist Jean-Benoît Pouliot.

Bigger is Better

If you haven’t yet done so, make sure to visit Galerie Trois Points to admire their new and improved exhibition space. The was gallery renovated over the summer months and has now doubled in size. Just as well, since the current exhibition of Sylvain Bouthilette‘s energetic works needs a lot of breathing room!

Pierre-François Ouillette Art Contemporain is also expanding. Currently under renovation is an additional space on the second floor. We had a quick sneak peek, and the bright, sunlit space looks promising – we’ll let you know when it officially opens.
