We Welcome Galerie A. B.

Jennifer Hamilton is in the house! You may remember her Peace Art Gallery which was located in space 427 (now Room and Board) until it closed in 2007. Hamilton’s new Galerie A. B. is a “sacred space for healing, art, and meditation” and offers the opportunity to drop in for a meditation session during opening hours. The inaugural exhibition is Dustyn Lucas’ “La vie en rêves” which runs from October 19 – November 5, 2011.

The Adventures of Ines

Diego Piccini da Todi is currently working on a series of large-scale pencil drawings in graphic novel format, based on his imaginary character Inès Malavida. Random pages from his latest story are displayed in the exhibition space, featuring nude renderings of the heroine in da Todi’s trademark sensuous style. The drawing session kicked off at the recent Journées de Culture and the artist will continue his live drawing presentation until November 2, 2011.
