Inflatable Deities at Visual Voice

It’s dark inside the Visual Voice Art Gallery. Under the dim glow of black-light bulbs and a pile of TV monitors, the gallery’s walls vibrate with neon-coloured geometric shapes. The creative duo Inflatable Deities (Jessica Mensch and Emily Pelstring) transformed the gallery space into a psychedelic playroom with references to the Renaissance, the Big Bang, and particle physics. Strange Shapes Seen in the Sky is a collection of of visual puns, where the artists play with light and perspective, painting and installation, to create an immersive experience.
